The Taubman Approach has provided me with a pain-free way to overcome every technical problem I face in piano playing. Attending the Golandsky Institute was a great way to see how this approach not only affects the accuracy of one’s technique, but the ways it shapes the pianist into a true musician. The faculty at the Golandsky Institute are extremely helpful and enthusiastic about music making and provide the student with real answers and helpful ideas regarding their own playing. In addition to the daily lectures on the Taubman approach, I found the various evening recitals and presentations to be very inspiring and entertaining. There was a great deal of variety in both the performances and the presentations, which made the experience a very memorable one. The Golandsky Institute is essential to any serious pianist.
